Chers membres, Votre comité de négociation a le plaisir d’annoncer qu’un accord de principe a été conclu à l’issue d’un long processus de négociation incluant la conciliation. Cet entente de principe sur le premier contrat est pleinement approuvé par votre comité de négociation et est soumis à un vote de ratification par nos membres.
L’accord de principe comprend les éléments suivants et bien d’autres encore :
• Des augmentations salariales.
• Sécurité de l’emploi et flexibilité accrue pour améliorer l’équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée.
• Amélioration de la langue et des horaires des quarts de travail.
• Période de pauses payée.
• Durée de trois ans.
• Et bien plus encore…
Veuillez noter que les membres de votre comité de négociation tiendront des séances d’information pour discuter de toutes les questions ou préoccupations que vous pourriez avoir au sujet de notre accord de principe. Ces séances auront lieu la semaine prochaine à l’aéroport de Montréal.

Le vote aura lieu du Jeudi 14 Août 2025 à 17h00 au Vendredi 15 Août 2025 à 17h00.
Vous recevrez un courriel pour le vote en ligne UNIQUEMENT à 17h00 le Jeudi 14 Août 2025, après la session d’information.
Il y aura deux (2) questions :
Êtes-vous en faveur de l’entente de principe ? OUI ou NON
Êtes-vous en faveur du mandat de grève ? OUI ou NON
Veuillez vérifier vos messages indésirables si vous ne l’avez pas reçu.
Votre comité de négociation sera disponible et sur place tout au long de la journée pour toute personne souhaitant obtenir de l’aide pour le vote en ligne et pour répondre à ses questions.

TO ALL IAM UNION MEMBERS EMPLOYED BY AIR TRANSAT, PASSENGER SERVICE FIRST TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
Dear Members,
Your Bargaining Committee is pleased to announce that after a lengthy bargaining
process that included conciliation, a tentative agreement has been reached. This First
Contract Tentative Agreement is fully endorsed by your bargaining committee and is
subject to a ratification vote by our membership.
The tentative agreement includes the following and more:
• Wage increases.
• Job security and increased flexibility to improve work life balance.
• Enhanced Shift Language and Schedules
• Paid Breaks
• 3-year term.
• And much more..
Please be advised that your Bargaining Committee members will be hosting
information sessions to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have
regarding our tentative agreement that will be held this week at the Montreal airport.

Please be advised after the information session that an ONLINE VOTING will take
place by “Simply Voting”.
VOTING INFORMATION
The online voting details are as follows:
Voting will take place starting on Thursday August 14, 2025, at 17:00 and will end
on Friday August 15, 2025, at 17:00.
You will be receiving an email for the online voting ONLY at 17:00 on Thursday
August 14, 2025, following the information session.
There will be two (2) questions:
Are you in favour of the tentative agreement?
YES or NO
Are you in favor of a Strike Mandate?
YES or NO
Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.
Your Bargaining Committee will be available and onsite throughout the days for
anyone who would like help with the online voting and to answer any questions.
