Air Institute offre actuellement trois modules en ligne portant sur les stratégies en matière de santé mentale qui peuvent aider à surmonter les difficultés que vous ou les membres de votre famille vivez. The District 140 EFAP have been in contact with a Company called Air Institute, they specialize in resilience and mental fitness training.
